VERORDNUNG (EG) Nr. 1268/2008 DER KOMMISSION
vom 12. Dezember 2008
zur Änderung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 des Rates zur Umsetzung des Zertifikationssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses für den internationalen Handel mit Rohdiamanten
DIE KOMMISSION DER EUROPÄISCHEN GEMEINSCHAFTEN —
gestützt auf den Vertrag zur Gründung der Europäischen Gemeinschaft,
gestützt auf die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 vom 20. Dezember 2002 des Rates zur Umsetzung des Zertifikationssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses für den internationalen Handel mit Rohdiamanten (1), insbesondere auf Artikel 20,
in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe:

Auf der Plenartagung des Kimberley-Prozesses in Delhi wurde die Liste der Teilnehmer, die den Mindestanforderungen des Zertifikationssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses entsprechen, überprüft. |
|
(2) |
Die Anschriften der für den Kimberley-Prozess zuständigen Behörden einiger Teilnehmer müssen geändert werden. |
|
(3) |
Anhang II ist entsprechend zu ändern — |
HAT FOLGENDE VERORDNUNG ERLASSEN:
Artikel 1
Anhang II der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 wird durch Anhang I der vorliegenden Verordnung ersetzt.
Artikel 2
Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
Diese Verordnung ist in allen ihren Teilen verbindlich und gilt unmittelbar in jedem Mitgliedstaat.
